A traveler to new worlds, the Explorer is someone who's seen it all - or at the very least, wants to. Adept at traversing alien landscapes, the explorer is self-sufficient to a high degree, always having the right tool or right skill to safely get where they’re going. Luck plays no small part in the Explorer’s success, as anyone willing to pet giant animals and trudge through strange forests has to be lucky to get through. Many Explorers pick up their skills “on the job”, although those with an academic background who find themselves more comfortable doing fieldwork exist.
